"Processing fee" seems excessive and unfair.
I have problems placing orders from the website. (I end up with a duplicate order.) This time the issue was resolved with a phone call.
One of the ordered items (the German Shepherd metal yard stake) arrived bent. I needed the product immediately, so did not call to try to obtain a replacement.
