I ordered a clock. The picture showed it was white background with flowers. When it arrived it was not white. Not even close. It was like an aqua color. I called customer service and when he brought it up he said that it was white in the picture. He ask if I wanted him to send another one and I said yes. He told me to keep that one and do whatever I wanted to with it. I really wanted this item but I needed white. After I hung up, I got the clock out of the box and put a battery in it and the hands were broke. They just kept swinging. I took the battery out and you could tell they were broke. I called again and told them it was broke and not to send another one just credit my card. Well they ended up sending another one instead of giving me credit. It was the aqua color also. I did not call back because I figured it was no use.
