I love to shop on-line and it's easy and from the comfort of my home.

Overall experience is okay. Recliner cover is very big, wish there was a smaller one.

I was impressed with the fast arrival of my item and the huge inventory to choose from.
I'll continue to shop at Collections Etc. and absolutely recommend them.

Put items in cart and did payment method and then received an email saying I could get free shipping with purchase over $50.00. This did not show up on my order.

I love collections. They must,however, get the people who fill the orders to step it up! I have had 2 orders really messed up. Maybe learning to read would help or really caring about their job.

The items are good for what I paid for them. They are pretty in the bedroom. I am still waiting for reimbursement for the difference in the sale price and what I actually paid. Thank you.
