2 of the 4 Items were what I had expected. The two suncatchers were heavier than expected to hang

I received the wrong order the first time, and informed Collections and they quickly sent me the right order.
I placed my order & didn't get a confirmation email like I was told. I was under the impression it didn't go through, so I placed the order again. Only 1 charge was recorded on debit card. Then received 1 more & then another charge was listed to my acct.very expensive to send back
The package was delivered in good condition. I have put the items I received to their intended use.
Have been charged an extra $16.95 for Premier savings of which I have not ask for & yet Collections,etc. Charged me, therefore I have asked to be canceled and the number *******731 is not a working number CollectionsEtc sent me to!
I went to put flowers at gravesites and flowers were falling off the stems before they even got put in vase. Very poor quality this year!
