I have been a faithful customer for many years and my first time ordering on line, I will never do again. May 7th I placed my order and it popped up that my card did not go through. So May 8th I placed another order thinking the order the night before did not go through. To my surprise I received an email letting me know both orders were received. I called and tried to cancel my May 7th order but was told I could not cancel because the order had gone to the warehouse. Needless to say I returned the first order having to pay for shipping it would be added to my charge, thus getting less money put back into my account. I will never order again from the internet.
This time - I did get my order. The previous two orders were incorrect. When I called I did not receive any help. Was told the mistakes on both orders were my fault. Could not answer my questions. I would like to order several other items, but I am afraid!
Great price for my nylon privacy screen, I put it up myself but did use nylon ties. I'm 62 and had no issues, very sturdy.
I received my order earlier than expected. I ordered three items and just returned one item. I can give a more accurate review based on how my refund is handled.
Looks really good but had to purchase larger feed. My usual feed fell through.
I place my order and after quite a while, I received notice that the shopping charge was going to be increased! I received my order, byt still do not understand the change in shipping.
Charged for shipping and order was for over $100.00. I need to place another order - but I don't want to pay shipping. My Son Shawn Osburn ordered them for me and had them shipped to my address. I feel he should be reimbursed for the amount he paid (Order number *******)

Everything was as presented in catalog and online, and good quality. My only dissatisfaction was due to the women's skort being too big, but not big enough to bother to exchange it for a smaller size. Your sizing chart was accurate and because I am borderline I ordered the larger size, but I probably would have looked better in the smaller size. I really miss stores where you can try on clothes, but so many of them have gone out of business that I had no choice but to order online.
100% satisfied! Just ordered two more, one for the front yard and one for my daughter. Very pleased with the product.
I wasn't sure what to expect see how I have never ordered clothes from Collections ETC. I have not wore the items I purchased yet was saving them for my vacation so can't honestly say much about them yet.
I received my dress in a reasonable time. I like it very much. I had one like it that I bought from you, but I have worn it out. I loved that dress. I use it as a house dress almost everyday.
It was difficult to assemble, and some holes weren't drilled properly. If not for my husband's machinist background, it wouldn't have been assembled. I would never have been able to put it together myself. The directions are terrible. Not at all easy to follow. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that wants any easy put together and be done with it.
