Shipping and cost were great but product was worthless. It won't stay on door or hang correctly also no way to keep flat soled shoes on the rack so is useless for me. I'll probably just throw it away, more money down the drain.

Did not receive all products ordered, tried calling customer service and it says they are closed, tried e-mailing twice and have not gotten a response.
