Everything I ordered came pretty quick and was good quality. Very happy with my shopping experience with Collections etc
Ordered four items, which two of them didn't work. The switches seem to not work for On/Off. It's one rubber button and you pull it one way or the other. Not effective. I returned the solar angel, not knowing you Collections doesn't have the customer return, and issues another item or refunds. I requested a refund because of the bad switch. The item cost too much to return and as much as the item itself. The other item was the angel solar dish and I didn't return it, but was issued a refund.
I love collections.etc. Com. You have a wide variety of items at good prices. The shipments came in pretty quick and I have been satisfied with everything that I've gotten.

The items I ordered were of poor quality. The house dress was terrible. You could read a newspaper through the fabric and one of the snaps came off the first time I unsnapped it. Don't think I'll be ordering anything wearable from you again.
