I just enjoy shopping in the catalog

I love the clothes, they did run a little large/long. Loved most of the rooster things, but the rooster rug feels like foam backing. One rug had a pull/run and they were thinner than I thought they'd be.

I never received the order from April 15. I called several times to be told there was a problem with payment. Told to call back in 2 days when I called back it was unknown what happened. Collections cancelled the order and told me to reorder. I reordered on April 25 and it still hasn't shipped. Do I need to cancel again and not order anymore?

Very satisfied with merchandise & quick delivery. Since this order, my future orders have been a nightmare. No customer service to answer questions on an order I was trying to place. Each item got listed 4 times each & I could not get an order completed. No phone assistance, no way to talk with anyone to see if any of the order was actually received by Collections Etc

The metal rolling stand is a little bit cheaply made, the wheels don't really roll, but it will do for my purpose. I love the butterfly curtains, very pretty.
