Shipped fast, came without damage and looked like the picture!
So far everything I have received was good except some capris which were too large and would not shrink when washed, and they were the size I have worn for years.

I got my order but when they resent it they did not get the order right. They sent 2 robes instead of 1 gown and 1 robe. I had to send one of the robes to my Mom for mothers day because I didn't want to bother having to send it back. When I order these people have poor english and can be rude. I tried to give special instructions because the first time the package was delivered it didn't get to me. The lady was rude who took my order told me..." you will get your package mam" in a rude tone. Guess what? Because she refused letting me give her special instructions...the second go round., my package again did not make it to my house. I had to go down the road and hunt my package, that ended up at a abandoned house. I was going to tell her to deliver under my carport that has my adress printed on my door. If she would have listened the fedex would have delivered my package to me. The products are nice but it should not have been this difficult to get my package. You can not send Tomatoes thur the mail that takes 7 Days and no water for the plants.

One item I would like to exchange, but it seemed like a hassle &, if I read it correctly, I would have to pay for shipping. I gave the item to someone else because it would end up costing me more to exchange the item. Not a good return policy.
