Did not have a problem when I ordered the color changing solar lights. My only problem was that the package was damaged and two of the solar lights were broken and also the part that goes into the bottom of light was a real short piece and cut at a angle which I could not use. I did call customer service and explained but could not understand what the gentleman was saying cause he was not an American.

I have been in touch several times about my order. It is being returned. I was furious to see the shipping and handling costs charged were half again what the cost of item was. Outraged. They refused to cancel my order. It came when I was out of town. Asking for a full refund.

Birthday gifts ordered and were all correct and the friends enjoyed the lights.
Everything came within 2 weeks and was packaged well. Nothing broken.
