My husband ordered the wrong item for me and I realized it the same day he submitted the order. I called and spoke to a person in customer service who I could not understand as their English was not good. I told her to cancel the item and gave her the item # that I wanted. It was the same price. She said she took care of it and when we got the items ordered the item I wanted was not in the box and we were not charged for it. She just canceled it. So I was disappointed but the other items came.
I like collections, generally, although those solar lanterns i ordered last time were a total disappointment since they were so small they were not useful.

Shipping was too much for the one product I ordered. I ended up paying double the price of the product because of the shipping and for the product to not even work was discouraging. I probably won't order anything else from your company.
