The price was $14.99 in the catalog but by the time you added shipping, handling & tax it was almost $28.00

Everything was fine. The valances work well. They were bought to let more light in with the curtains previously bought. The thigh bands are looser than I thought they were going to be from looking at the pictures, but they also work well.

So far all of my orders have been received and I'm please with everything. On order #*******, order placed 4/29/20, I received part of this order. One item was missing in the box I received. One item is on back order which I understand, but I've tried calling but can't get any answers. I've also e-mailed asking if this item will be shipped with my backorder item.
