It went smoother than I anticipated. I was very pleased.
I am a frequent online shopper and I was really disappointed with the number of added charges that your company tacks onto the cost of an item. I realize that shipping and handling can be costly, but I have purchased bigger items that have less of a handling fee than what your company offers. Not to mention an additional packing fee. Outrageous. So much so, that an item that is $16.99, ended up costing almost $32.00.
As if this wasn't a big turn off, I couldn't adjust my order to add on a second item. So I had to purchase it separately and it still hasn't arrived or shipped. That being said, I wouldn't bother to shop with you again.
Mdse good and what I ordered
I have had a lot of trouble with the USPS "SurePost" service. They slow the delivery down by at least 5 days for no reason. It just doesn't get delivered once UPS or FedEX drops it off at the local post office. I don't like the fact that online stores do not mark on their shipping options that they use the local Post Office to actually deliver the package. If I had know that, I would have paid more to have it sent by the original carrier.
I have a order to send to Puerto Rico and I have trouble sending out. I called 3 or 4 times and I got no answer maybe you can answer me. Thank

Awful customer service.
Ordered 2 of the same item by mistake.
Called immediately, phone contact said customer service was out of office for 2 days.
Sent an email, got a response 2 days later saying cannot do anything, order "was in fulfillment" even tho my order said expect delays due to coronavirus.
Sent another email, asking for action
Received an email, 7 days after the order saying, "sorry, it shipped today"... oh shipped 7 days after my initial contact and you could not do ANYTHING in the previous 7 days?

I purchased the swag curtains that go with these valences. I was very disappointed that there was no mention of needing the valences to obtain the look/fashion shown in the picture. That is very unfair to the customer.
Just wish mirrored bigger
I also purchased from LTD Commodities at the same time as my Collections order and in comparison I'll never shop LTD again - waited twice as long and items didn't match descriptions (no pillowcases with sheet set, only received 1 out of 2 signs sold as a set and still waiting on another item. Your products and service are superb! Thank you.
