I have been trying since Nov. 5th or 12th to get my Christmas swag. I called and was tiled they would ship it out right away. Three days later I reveived something I did not order maybe they call this a Christmas swag, it was plastic looking light bulbs. I had to tell the young man, those were not it. I even gave him the item number. I also ordered from another day and did not receive the item at all. So all I can say is it's like shooting craps when you order allot of the items were decent but you just don't know if your getting the right thing or not.
