My overall experience was wonderful. I have ordered twice from Collections, Etc., this fall and have been more than pleased both times. I have not yet given the gifts as they were ordered as Christmas gifts but am very happy with their appearance in packaging at this point. Thanks for the great gifts and service.
All is well
I was not going to order from your company again because of my experience last year. After receiving my order last Christmas everything I ordered went on sale, And I mean the next e-mail after receiving. I decided to give you another try this year. I ordered a back support, which I would normally would not order things in sizes. Of course it was to big and I had to sent it back. Not only did I pay the shipping for the 1st shipping to me but also had to pay shipping to send it back. I also ordered some Christmas walk way lights, that were very deceiving in the catalog. Didn't send them back because again I would have to pay to send back. Some of your items are very nice, but I was really disappointed with the walkway lights,and frozen stickers in this last order. Still waiting on the back support to be resent. Thank you for your time in this matter.
Extremely easy to order. Note: I bought two bedspreads earlier this year and want to tell you that I LOVE them and will look for more to buy come Spring! Recently bought 3 doggie sweaters for Xmas presents and very pleased with the quality of those sweaters. Also bought little snowmen to put your silverware in at the dining table and received many compliments and "Oh, how cute" responses. Cute little addition to a holiday meal.

I love Collections! Have been shopping with your company for years and will continue! Just one item which doesn't work and I don't have the strength to send it back. So I will eat it and know better next time what items I can rely on and which ones I know to stay away from!
I don't like that when you go to check out you have to call in to get rid of the20 rebate, which I don't want, but can't get past it to finish my order?
