I never received one item of my last order and customer service never responded to my email sent.
Your Order Confirmation for my Order#******* showed a total price $56.88, but you charged my credit card for $57.67. I tried to contact your Customer Service Department by phone to ask why the discrepancy. However, I got a recording saying you are not taking phone calls currently. I then sent an email to you regarding this issue, and have neither received a response from you nor a credit to my credit card. This is quite disheartening and, if I don't receive a response from you soon, I will no longer order anything from Collections.

My order arrived quickly, and the cabinet was easy to assemble.
I shop online and it was easy and convenient.
The solar spinner fell apart in less then a week of receiving it. I have sent two emails about this and have not received a response. I tried to call and all I get is a message about COVID-19.
I ordered this item for my Mother and unfortunately she passed away before it was delivered. I would like to return the item if possible.
You state "free shipping" BUT then tack on a "processing fee"? So technically my order was not free. This will be my only purchase from this website.
I am not much of a decorator - indoor or out, but I have found some nice things on your website & my neighbors love them as well :)
