I was satisfied with my doing experience until I received a call from the person I had the gifts I bought mailed to. They informed me one of the gifts was on back order until January. Collections etc has yet to contact me about this item. The only thing I received from them is a shipping notice indicating everything was shipped at the same time. I would like an explanation as to why my present was not listed a backorder when I purchased it and why the person I had it sent to was the only one notified or why she was notified at all.

What I was searching for your store was the cheapest.
I am tired of placing orders and mistakes are made on their own side and they have the nerve to get into my bank account charging me again for the same thing and delivery charges that were suppose to had been FREE and I got the shipping back recently for this, but still had to pay twice for the same item and feel it is wrong on their own part!
I would have liked to be contacted immediately on an item being on backorder as it was a Christmas gift.
Sizing isn't real good I am returning some items
