Did not receive my whole order and they were Christmas presents. Letter said they would not arrive till January.
Everything was as pictured and the quality was superior
The 2 blouses I ordered for myself, did not fit, so I sent them back in exchange for something else. The other items were Christmas gifts and I was very happy with them. Wished that I could have worn the blouses that I ordered for myself, very pretty and great prices. All your items are very much great prices.

All products that I ordered were perfect except one. I ordered LED flameless candles and one was defective. I spoke to customer service and they were wonderful. My problem was resolved and I was issued a refund. I am very happy with my experience with Collections Etc.
