Effecient and overall great experience

Love Collections. Everything is great

The conformation email said my purchase was being shipped by FedEx and gave a tracking number. FedEx website had no record of that tracking number. I called you and was told that the item was shipped by UPS.
The rose I ordered was barely alive and all of the leaves had fallen off by the time it was delivered. I hope it does not die.

The covers fall down all the time and dont fit as I expected.

The site was easy to maneuver. I was very pleased with the products. And I was quickly reimbursed for the item that was out of stock. I'll shop at Collection etc. again.

Pillow shams are too small

Everything was fine. I am now waiting on gloves with magnets that were backordered.

Was pleased with the products ordered but item #******* Mirrored Wind Spinner the stake was opened
At the seam and was not able to use the stake as it was sent. Had to put a pipe to keep it standing.
The stakes shouldn't have a seam as the thread could not be threaded properly and the thread wasn't

Very reasonable prices, chair cushions fit Cracker Barrel porch rockers great. Very comfortable and the green color exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was good as well.
