My item arrived in plenty of time to use for Christmas. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. It was packaged extremely well, which means it was broken before it ever got shipped to me. The customer service agent offered to replace the item, but did not offer expedited shipping. So, now I will not have the item for Christmas. I think it's very bad when a broken item gets packed up to be shipped. I most likely will not order anything from Collections again.

For the price,most things I've bought are Okay. A microwave bacon cooking plate I bought broke the first time used it. Wasted 10 bucks. Didn't seem worth sending it back. Other than that I think all else I bought is fine.
