It said for my first order I would get 15% off. Then it said after the fact that because it was on sale the 15% didn't apply. I don't care for games like this.

I am usually very pleased with the merchandise I receive from the company. I have yet to return the products I receive.
I received 2 items that were not ordered by me. I called customer service and was told how to return the items and was assured the ones that I did order would be shipped upon receipt of the wrong ones. I am still waiting on the right ones to come. The service was fast with emailing me a return label that I could place on the package and easily drop off to a shipping service of my choice. So far, I am pleased with items that I have purchased and the customer service and just hope the items come soon that I ordered.
