My doggies love their toys they got for Christmas. You should have seen them ripping that paper open! They haven't had a new toy for a long time so that made it even better. I couldn't resist the price Collectionsect.com had them listed for. The toys are really soft. I ended up talking to Customer Service & they fixed my problem as soon as they could. The lady I talked to was very nice. :) I found the dog toys with no problems. Their store is very organized. Checkout was a piece of cake. I will recommend Collectionsetc.com to all my friends.

I have been shopping Collections etc. for years and I have always been pleased with the products and customer service.

I am a repeat customer. Sometimes when shopping from a book it can be different from what you imagine. I do like the fact that when you order from Collections Etc. they are very upfront whether it is in stock. I have ordered from some other sites and you are under the impression you will have it in a week or two and then find out it is on back order when you check to see why it hasn't been delivered.
My overall experience has been excellent. I could order from Collections and other firms on the same day and I receive the Collections order first and it would be correct.
