Well I have found almost all I wanted in the line of Christmas gifts. The one complaint I have is you dont have the shipping address form to ship stuff to different receipents.

I've always enjoyed the merchandise from your catalogs. However, our Christmas was ruined due to UPS delivering our packages to the wrong apartment and instead of picking them up and bringing them to the correct apartment just upstairs, they sent them back to you resulting in us still waiting for any information on our future delivery date on this date of the 2nd of January. We still have no idea of when we can even plan our family Christmas. If your contract with UPS needs to be updated to prevent this from happening to others and possibly our family again, then please, by all means deal with UPS. UPS informed us that their contract with you prevented them from just redelivering the package to the correct apartment even though the correct apartment number was ON the shipping label and the driver made the original mistake and left it at the apartment downstairs from us. I am beyond disappointment.
