Always love free shipping on products. Most other companies do not.

The discount didn't show until starting check out, it showed the higher price in my cart so I was concerned & almost cancelled that item

The order was received on time with emails telling me just when it would arrive. All of the recipients of the gifts were pleased with them as was I. My only regret was that I waited to late to order some things, and they were sold out.

Overall, I have been most pleased with items purchased from Collections. I only remember 2 items that I was not pleased with and that was a Santa Clause (which was too flimsy) and angels which were also too flimsy.
