This item is back ordered so I haven't received it yet and can not comment on it.

Got a package of XMAS decorations that I ordered after the holiday but have not opened it! Put it up in the attic for next year! Can't wait to see how it all looks!:0). I know what a couple items are like but am looking forward to seeing the things that I have not seen in person before!

I was probably in error for not contacting you prior to shipping back a defective item. Customers should know to call Collections if a defective item is received. I received a note from Collections that my price for the item will be totally refunded with no charge for shipping it back. Thank you for the courteous and fast service.

The Northwoods items I bought fit in very well with my lodge-type decor. The bear/moose pillows were especially nice with a zipper for washing the covers. The matching table linens were very nice also.
