There is a nice selection of seasonal and classic items. New items are being added frequently. Lot's of sales and free shipping opportunities. Check out is easy and PayPal is an option. Purchased items are shipped immediately and arrive well packed. Overall a fun shopping experience.
My ONLY issue with collectionsetc.com was the overwhelming FLOOD of e-mail which I received after my purchase. Giving your company the benefit of the doubt, whereas I ordered very close to Christmas, perhaps much of this was due to post Christmas and end of the year clearance sales. But when a customer receives 2 to 3 e-mail catalogs BEFORE his product arrives... It is not favorable. Give new customers a chance to receive their order, try it, evaluate it, even fill out a survey such as this, BEFORE you fill their inbox with more changes to buy. I will likely purchase again. From online catalog. But I have already requested to be removed from your e-mail list. Once a week is enough. 2-3 times a day is harrassing...
