Still waiting for one item i purchased.

Easy finding products I wanted to purchase. Easy check out. When one or more of the products on my invoice proved to be on back order, I was given the option of cancelling the order. Even though shipped separately, all back-ordered products were received by me within a week of the receipt of the original shipment.

Couldn't be easier

I was very happy with my purchase. The only issue that arose was one item was put on back order. I did have to wait awhile, and I did call customer service to check on it and was always treated well. I did finally receive my order very close to the date that I was told it would arrive and, I am very satisfied with it. So all in all I am well satisfied.

Payment page timed out - please make sure not double ordered.

This has happened before...when using mastercard, then put in my number & pin number & expire date...the expire date chgs when i try to hit your button at bottom to continue & your system will not allow me to purchase even once corrected, still keeps coming up stating error...have to back completely out & start the whole order purchase again.
