Right now I'm having a hard time with a return but this isn't the norm. I have been a Collections customer for years and usually I don't have any problems. I really like this site, it carries products that I wouldn't find elsewhere.
It has been fantastic, I have recommended the site to several people to take a look at them.
My overall experience with collectionsetc.com has been extremely positive through the years as I have chosen to do business with them. What I like about this company is for the most part they offer good quality merchandise at a fair price, they package the items extremely well, and their shipping service is the one of the best. You don't have to wait for weeks to get your order. I also appreciate their clearance sales they have. I do a lot of shopping during those times as well. I like the quality and beauty of their table runners, their wreaths to their holiday decor. I purchase from them at least two times each month. I encourage others to give this company a fair look. You will like what you see. I promise you that.

Very easy and simple to use this site. I received my order in a good time limit and the things were in excellent shape. Just exactly what I ordered. No surprises! I love shopping at Collections Etc.
When the wrong item was received, I called Customer Service to get a RMA but they told me to just keep the item I hadn't ordered. That was very nice and appreciated, so I wasn't upset it took longer to receive the correct item.
Need to work on that free shipping under $50. Other sites beat yours with free shipping.

Easy to order, have used before
The dresses I purchased were for my mother she is in a nursing home and these were perfect for her. Since dressing is difficult for her these dresses have zippers and nice big pockets for her goodies she takes with her daily. Ordering was easy and the shipping was fast.
Overall excellent. One of the products arrived looking different from what was pictured in the catalog, but I still like it.
