I have ordered from you for a long time but this was not a pleasant shopping experience. I received the wrong merchandise which I know can happen. Mistakes are made. When I called and explained the situation, I was advised that a label would be sent through email and I had to return the incorrect order before the correct was shipped. I did this and am still waiting. Anyone who needs more info can look on your computer system. My problem with this whole situation is...the correct order should have been mailed right away because the incorrect order was sent back right away. For me to wait this long makes no sense.
But, all companies have their own policies, I just do not agree with yours.

I have noticed that several of the drop-down choice links on many items do not exist; these items, therefore, cannot be placed in the shopping cart. I have emailed twice and, both times, have been told they were unable to duplicate the problem. If it is happening to me then it is happening to others and you are losing revenue; but, if you do not care then I guess I should not care either.
Love shopping from you, so easy and quick. Also your pricing is competitive so at the same price or lower than others.

Yes, i will shop at collection etc. again i have never not happy with the items i rec' the products have good. And yes i tell my friends and family about collection etc. when asked were i get my stuff from
I bought a floor lamp with birds on it. It's darling but no one can get it to stand up straight & it's so wobbly, I'm afraid to put it in the living room. I bought a floor lamp at Walmart for10.00 & it has a reading light on it plus the 3-way light. It's sturdy also. Another thing with that lamp I bought from you all, it keeps blowing out the light bulbs. I'll let you decide if you should follow up on my experience. I bought this several months ago.

I have always been so impressed with the things I have ordered.the quality, the price.I have never been disappointed.
I just returned one of the items (the Poppy prints) because they weren't the same color as the picture in the catalog, they were a lot darker. And also there were supposed to be three different prints and there was one different and the other two the same.
I always find things that are really useful. Sometimes they are not as pictured. In this case, there should be no 'one size fits all'. A woman who weights 300 lbs could probably use these caftans. I couldn't even keep the one I tried on my shoulders. It was enormous. Wish you had a size for normal people.
Easy to navigate site, found what I wanted and was able to purchase quickly and without any problems. My purchase was delivered as promised, in a timely manner and I am thoroughly delighted with the entire experience, especially my purchases.
