Like ordering from collections. Not my first visit. I especially like the Garden items offered in your catalogs.
The heart bracelet ordered was a replacement for a previous one that broke within hours due to a faulty pin. Unhappily, the second same bracelet did also.
Tried to order the 8 vinyl lace placemats offered, but site would not allow the order to register. Not one time, but three different times/days/emails. Why are they shown if not able to be ordered?
However, overall, I'm quite happy with my experiences with Collections, Etc. I'm just wondering what is happening lately.
