I was suprised that I was so satisfied with my purchase, every thing that I ordered was as I expected and the delivery didn't take forever. I'm sure I will order again.

Except for the fact that I still haven't received the item (it's on back order) so far it's been ok. It would have been better if I had periodic notice as to the shipping status emailed to me.

When we received the first item it was defective. I called customer service and they were quick to send a replacement.

I always enjoy your products. The only one I didn't care for is the frying pan clock. There's no cover on the clock part.
