Half of my order still hasn't arrived yet. I was not notified for items on back order for 2 weeks pasrt my order date.
Has taken over a month on different order. Was to be shipped 06/03/15 and still have not received item.
I am still waiting on one item from a previous order, a snow shovel that I have yet to receive. Update: this item has now been received.

Have ordered many times from Collections and enjoyed the products...BUT...this last order has never gotten to me. I ordered w/o 2/22, order shipped 2/25 and that was the last any one heard of it. I had to wait til 3/13 to call and complain that I have not received my order. It will be reshipped...and gee no shipping charge this time. No new order #, no estimated ship date...BOTTOM LINE YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

I have been CollectionsEtc. Customer for years and never had a bad experience.
I should not have ordered the romper, but hoped that it would run small. It ran large in fact, and I had to return it. I am sure I would have enjoyed it had it fit me. I am only 5' tall, so the Medium was not only too large, it was very long on me.
