On one order I didn't get everything. So the customer service representitive. Helped me to get it right. Now I am waiting to see if I get what I orderd. I have not ever had this problem. Two items I had already paid for, didn't get. Their being shipped with free shipping. So I hope they get this order and another one I ordered right.
