WELL THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS FUN, IT LOOKED LIKE THE PRODUCTS MIGHT BE OF FAIRLY GOOD QUALITY, BUT THEY WEREN'T. I HAVE BEEN BUYING FROM COLLECTIONS FOR YEARS. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS HAVE DEFINATELY GONE DOWN HILL, AND THE PRICES ARE UP. THE METAL PRODUCTS ARE OF WEAK AND POOR QUALITY. THE SIZING OF CLOTHES INACCURATE AND AGAIN THIN MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP LACKING, ETC. WOULD I BUY AGAIN, I MIGHT, BECAUSE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR AND HOPING THE QUALITY WILL COME BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.

If Collections is going to have a "sale," please have a sale which means to mark items down. Again and again I see another sale come into the computer but usually the prices are the same as the previous sale.
The items I've purchased, for the most part, I'm very satisfied with, when I'm not satisfied, I call Customer Service and they are always very helpful and kind.
My only problem is after I put an item in my basket & click con't shopping, I am not always directed back to my place unless I click on the back arrow. Otherwise I enjoy your site, products & prices! Thank you.
