I've been shopping CollectionsEtc for about 10 yrs and rarely have I been disappointed. Sometimes the items were hard to find things, sometimes things I could not find locally. I have lots of nice Christmas things that no one else in my neighborhood has and they always want to know where I got them, so I pass along a copy of the catalog. I have returned a couple of things that had manufacturer's defects, but I don't expect the staff to open and inspect each item that goes out. I've been in retail and sometimes each item in a shipment just isn't perfect.
If I weren't 98% satisitied, I would not still be shopping at collectionsetc.com

I am not very adept at online ordering and missed the box to enter the code for3.99 shipping. A quick call to Collections etc and Larson helped me. GREAT SERVICE AS ALWAYS!

At another time, I received the Irish Garden Angel that I had ordered and, when I opened it, there was a very obvious defect under her chin. This Customer Service Representative that I called could not have been nicer. She immediately ordered another one for me at no cost. Then the most amazing thing happened, I WAS TAKEN AT MY WORD AND DID NOT HAVE TO SEND THE DEFECTIVE STATUE BACK! No company has ever done this to me and I can't tell you how very much that meant to Me, thank you. I ended up buying 5 angels as gifts for my loved ones (2 for Christmas gifts) and one for my neighbor who saw them and just had to have one for herself! If you or anyone you love is Irish, Collections etc is absolutely the best, and most reasonably priced place to buy Christmas gifts. For years I have gotten gifts in February or March and tucked them away for Christmas. Thank you, again, for beautiful products at very reasonable prices.
