This was my first experience with Collectionsetc.com. Ordering was easy. One part of the order was glow in the dark clocks, $12.99. Since I didn't notice that two come in a package, I mistakenly ordered two sets...got four clocks for $25.98 I was very disappointed in them. They glowed a little in the dark, but you couldn't read the time. I called to find out about returning them and getting a refund. First I was told I would get credit. No, that wasn't going to work for me. Then I was told I did not have to return the clocks...what? And that I would get a refund. Sounded crazy, but okay. After seven days, checked my credit card, and I was refunded only half the money...$12.99. Called customer service three days later and inquired why only half was refunded. Was told the other half comes from another location. What? Now it has been 12 days since I made the first call, and I still have not been refunded the other $12.98. So, I will not be ordering from Collectionsetc again. And I'm still waiting for my refund!
