Receiving the items from the time ordered is too long.
We have not received 2 out of the four items we ordered. My order was placed May 3. We just got notification that one item will not arrive until July! No idea about the other one!
It was easy. Just typed in the item code from my catalog and paid for it. It was all packaged well and didn't take as long as I thought it would to arrive. I was missing one item and when I called, it was hassle free and friendly service. I'm so happy with my purchases and customer service.
