It was a gift and received it on time

I ordered a bath rug and instead received a curtain valance. I e-mailed them about this and 2 weeks later still have not received a response. I called the customer service number and was told there was no one working in that department. I am very disappointed! I have been a loyal customer but will not order from them again

These item was smaller than expected but all my other items were fine.

My problem was not with ordering, The Box was delivered to my home it was left up the street,, was open from either not being taped properly or from Fedex. I like your products but not gonna waste my money and time waiting for something. Only to have it stolen or damaged.
