I have ordered items from Collections, Etc. for several years now, and this is the very first time I've ever been disappointed and had to return items. The Hummingbird Solar Hanger is very cute, but they welded the hanger part at the top-center, when it should've been welded at an angle, as the hanger actually hangs at an angle. Also, the one item I REALLY looked forward to receiving, the Sunflower Clock and Temp Gauge, wasn't working properly,...or so I thought. Upon receiving my replacement order, it acted the same way - the temp gauge constantly read 30-degrees, even though it was near 80, and the clock's hands would not advance, and the second-hand was "stuck". I have learned this: do NOT use rechargeable batteries, and the clock works fine, and the temp gauge has to be physically turned to your current area temperature. There were no suggestions to either of these actions, so I had to figure it out by myself. I probably didn't even need to return the first one! They need to provide more helpful details other than how to put the battery in! Now, I LOVE it!

I was disappointed with one item, however it was a very inexpensive item and didn't really distract from over all satisfaction. I have been very happy with the merchandise from Collections Inc. over the years, and would never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. For the most part merchandise is way above what one would expect, and of equal value to merchandise found in far more expensive stores.

Quick and easy,but not told some items are out of stock until much later as we live in Caribbean l put invoice that still contains said items and get charged import duty.Please amend my address to the one l'm using for this order.
These are BEAUTIFUL beach themed candles! They emit such a soft glow which is very cozy. I love that they are battery operated. They are the safest candles and although I have regular candles, I prefer these. Set and forget. Never a safety issue as with regular candles. Thanks SO much! They are a perfect complement to our beach themed bathroom, although I also utilize them in the living room.
