It seems to be quite easy to do.

Love the assortment of different products...items bought so far have been great.

Have ordered frequently and was only one issue that was resolved quickly.

Site would not correct phone number on check that was in the account information and site was opperating very very slow.

Some of the products are not the best quality

I have a catalog from Collections that says "summer 2015 catalog"and they are already out of stock of two of the items I wanted! Today is May 9th, and not even summer yet. What kind of planning is this. I really wanted both of those items, doggone it!

I have been very satisfied with my overall experience with Collections & will continue to shop with them. I like the products they offer & so far have been satisfied with all my purchases.

Update your web site please. When you try to look up merchandise by cat. Or theme etc. it only shows 1 - 3 items, yet their are many many more when you go thru everything! I just spent an hour trying to find which of 2 lighthouses was the longer one. BAD PROGRAMMING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Everything arrived earlier than I expected in good condition and was exactly like the pictures in the catalog...

I would like more discount coupons, like 15% or 20% off entire order and Free Shipping. Your discounts only allow free ship ocassionally and on Sale items are reduced by only 1 or 2 dollars.

I had order numbers so I could do quick order. The site is easy to work with. Love the Free Shipping on my order over45.00!
