Issue with billing was resolved only after I contacted my credit card company.
I realize things can go wrong but the representative denied the double charging instead of trying to resolve

Fine experience, as expected.

I had an item in my cart that sold out before I could check out. If something is in my cart no one should be able to shop from it! I only took so long to check out, too, b/c you said I could save on shipping! I feel abused! If I didn't want the garden statues so badly to give as a gift I would have canceled the entire order.
I am happy with the items that I did receive and the shipment did arrive promptly.
