We luv Collections ETC... but... this order was a aweful experience.
1) the order was shipped to the wrong address... thus ups had to us usps to get current address...which made no since since I have ordered several times already this year with no glitches.
2) many of the products were damaged or broken upon arrival... no sure who is to blame? Whether collections,Etc... shipped them this way or because of shipping to wrong address...
3) Had it not been for our relationship with out Mail carrier and or Ups Man...this shipment would have been returned... and considered the damage that wouldn't have been a bad thing.
