Had to do it on phone because it wouldn't how through on my pc.

I ordered 3 rose plants. I received them in a plastic bag inside a box. The roses were dried roots with a bit of the stick above the root. I thought that is how it was supposed to come. I planted them. It has been over a week and they still look liked dried sticks. I think they were dead when I received them. I tried several times to contact the company. Always ignored.

Shipping took longer than I expected, and still have a backorder on curtains, which at the time I ordered everything was stock.
