Nightgowns are see through and I cannot even go outside on patio. House coats have same problem. Very poor quality. One pink house coat came with large brown sticky stain inside and outside. I called company directly and spoke with representative who couldn't care less. I told him I wanted to return damaged item and would like a return label as stated on your website. I was told I would be charged $7.99 for the label. That's what the housecoat cost! When I said no, he said "do what you want with the merchandise, I don't care what you do." All I wanted to do was return it. He then said he would refund my $7.99 on my card. Terrible attitude and cheap merchandise.
Everything i got was fine. Received it in ample time.

I was satisfied, one of the products I ordered was not the color I had desired so I had to send the item back. I still have not received notification that the return was received.
It has been good. This product was out of stock when we ordered. They said it would take a month to get it. But it came way faster than they had said. So that was a very nice surprise.

I have ordered from Collections before and have been very happy with my purchases. However the product I received this time was a poor quality item and very small. The shelves don't fit the unit. It was not worth the bother to send it back.
