Item had a tear. Getting a credit
Found everything that I needed and the service was excellent.
The curtains were the right size and came in a variety of colors. The quality was good and they are working well in our bedroom.
My quilts did not fit a queen size bed and now I have to send them back in addition to paying $7.99 for the return label. Plus it took two months to get here! I am reordering a king size in hopes that that will fit my queen size beds but I don't feel I should have been charged any additional money due to the incorrect sizing listed in the brochure and the long wait time. The woman was very nice on the phone but very adamant that I needed to pay the $7.99. I didn't want to argue with her about it and I do want to try the larger size quilts because I like them so I will pay it but I don't think it's fair.
The privacy ivy fencing that I ordered was on back order until June 18th so I was willing to wait for it. What ended up being sent was a roll out piece of vinyl that had ivy printed on it. Now either the picture in the book is completely wrong and false advertisement or someone took it upon themselves to send a replacement item since the other item was on back order. Then I talk to a service rep that says no that is what I ordered and I have to have the shipping of $7.99 taken off my credit. I am not happy and will not purchase again.

Tedious process. I was kicked off site five times and to reenter my credit card info four times before it was accepted.
I love Collections, etc. - their products and the prices can't be beat. The only problem I have is that almost a third of the things I looked at and clicked on to buy were no longer in stock. Please keep your website better up-to-date, so your customers won't be so disappointed! (If you didn't have such really cool stuff, though, we wouldn't be so disappointed at not being able to get something, so I guess this is also a compliment to your products!)
