Sunflower paper towel holder was broken where one of the sunflowers attaches.

I have always found the items I purchase to be of good quality and fair price. The shipping is always fast.

Very Good, they have unique items and their prices are good, however they have increased from when I first became a customer. They ship fast and when I received an item that was broken they replaced and shipped free of charge. I would definitely say to give them a try.

Like the discounted shipping but don't like the additional processing fee. Part of 1 item was damaged,mostly due to carrier damage with some issue of internal packing. Entire item was replaced without charge. Excellent Customer Service.
