The product turned out not as good as I thought it was going to be. It got hot, so you still can burn yourself and it doesn't stay on well.

I signed up to get a coupon for 15% off. But when I went to use it, it is only if I spend50 or more. Hate the bait and switch. If you just gave people the 15% off no matter what instead of trying to trick them into giving your their email, they might return to shop more often. It's irritating when online companies do this. Try no strings attached and see what happens.

When you show a price it should be the price, and not come along with some bs charge at the end. It's not the amount of money that irritates me it's the principle of the thing and I doubt if I'll even scan your catalogues in the future.
