You Customer Service Rep. Did an excellent job when I called and said that I hadn't received my shipment. She looked into it and said there had been a problem. She solved the problem quickly, reordered everything, was very polite, and did an excellent job. Please thank her for me.

These five dresses are all very nice. Unfortunately, only two out of the five fit me (the other three were too big). I really appreciate the customer service -- they sent me a return label and the three dresses are on their way back to be exchanged for one size smaller!

I love shopping at collectionsect.com. They always have what I'm looking for at the price I'm looking for. Not to mention easy checkout and the shipping is timely. I recommend that if you cant find the few things that are finishing touches to garden/patio area and/or home, look around here, you will find it. I have even purchased gifts for friends and family.
