I've purchased many items from Collections Etc. The prices are very affordable and for the most part, the items are of good quality. I had to return my most recent purchase because the style and appearance were not what I was really looking for. I don't anticipate any problem getting a refund.

Although I like the rug I wish it could have been a little larger otherwise just what I ordered

The packaging on the pumpkin metal stand was not real eady to put together, the extra screws were not easy to find in the packaging.

I do not remember what I ordered. You people send these things a month or so after I ordered something and by then I don't remember what it was that I ordered. If you could include the item in with this email it would make things a lot easier.
