Ordering from Collections is easy and convenient. My products were delivered in a very timely manner also.
Items showed at the sale price and 1/2 price shipping. Then when I hit confirm after all payment information the computer changed it to the full price. When I called customer service they said I would get the credit within 24-48 hours. Called back the second time and a very nice young lady said she could see the notes but the credit was never issued. Shame on the young man that told me a story the first time. I have used you for years now and this was the first time I had problems. Not a bad record but I was angry enough that I thought about never buying again, wouldn't if you didn't have such great prices. Please train your customer service people more like the girl who was so helpful.
